Job Description

Summary

Responsible to take a lead and carry out quality inspection and testing activities on in-coming, in-process and final products to ensure conform to specifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform daily quality inspection and testing activities on in-coming, in-process and final products.
  • Authorize to accept conforming materials/products and to reject materials/products found not meeting quality specifications.
  • Ensure work area and job compliance to the quality requirements, safety rules and company policies.
  • Confirm QC documents, QC testing method and procedure are complying to the requirements.
  • Manage all QC documentation and ensure all documents are timely recorded and prepared.
  • Lead calibration activities for all testing equipment.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

  1. Education level: Minimum SPM or five years of working experience in QC inspection and testing.
  2. Year Experience: Minimum two year experience in QC inspection and testing.
  3. Capabilities: Well versed in analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  4. Skills: Familiar with testing operation and equipment.
  5. Language: English and Malay (Japanese – advantage).
