Summary
Skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as providing L1 technical support to end-users.
Job Responsibilities
System Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain the health of servers, networks, and other IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Infrastructure Management
- Assist in managing the company’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
Cyber security
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard systems and data.
- Conduct regular security audits,backup and address vulnerabilities promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.
Technical Support & Documentation
- Provide technical assistance to end-users on hardware and software-related issues.
- Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Education level: Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Management Information System or related field.
- Year Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Capability: System trouble shooting, server management, network management & cybersecurity.
- Skills: Microsoft Windows platform, Azure/Cloud computing, Network security & problem solving.
- Language: English and Malay
